About this deal

Once you have pushed the stuffing further into the bear, repeat the process until all of the stuffing is is inside the bear. The Build-A-Bear stuffing station is a kit that allows your children to make two of their very own Build-A-Bear cuddly friends from the comfort of their own home.

To stuff your bear you empty a bag of stuffing material into the stuffing machine, and then place your bear ‘skin’ on the output of the machine, before turning the handle to wind the stuffing into your bear. Mummy I need this, Mummy I can make my own Build-A-Bear,' every time she saw the advert for Spinmaster's Build-A-Bear stuffing station on the TV. My nine year old actually has a bigger version of the teddy she picked so of course she got named Rainbow Junior.

We did not realise until doing the second bear, that it is best to almost “screw” the bear on to the side. There are two bags of stuffing included for the two small bears and you do use the full amount for each bear. This added an extra element to the toy, giving it a learning aspect as well as the fun side of it all.

Make a wish on one of the Build-A-Bear hearts and seal it inside so your furry friend feels the love.Featuring a brand of Spin Master, this plush bear is made of high-quality materials that ensure its durability. The bear will pop off occasionally but this is a sign for you to use your fingers to push the stuffing into smaller areas of the bear such as the hands and legs. It is very easy to use, the instructions are clear and precise and because there are no batteries required you can get to work as soon as the stuffing station is taken out of the box and even that is simple, no fiddly tags to contend with. If you are looking for a unique and fun gift idea for any child who loves teddies or Build-A-Bear I would really recommend considering the stuffing station as I think all children will enjoy the experience of making their own teddy bear!

My eldest was bought her first Build-A-Bear by her Grandpappy, she's now twelve and this bear still sits at the end of her bed. We zipped up my son’s bear and then realised that the plastic hearts (and cardboard accessories if you wish) needed to be inserted into the bear. There's nothing worse than wrestling with a toy box when you have a very excited child, eagerly awaiting their new toy.The instructions are really clear and helpful, with a step by step guide to stuffing and completing your bears, including tips if you run into any issues with the stuffing or zip. I’ve always wanted to make my own bear as it’s such an important companion when your child so to create your own bear is amazing. It didn’t matter massively as my boys liked twisting the lever and we ended up just taking the bear off and stuffing him with what was coming out of the nozzle, but in theory, it did make the stuffing station slightly redundant as we could have stuffed it from the bag directly! This toy was all about the experience of building the bears rather than the end product in my opinion. The machine is suitable for those who are interested in creating a unique plush toy that can be used as a gift or a keepsake.

And now we've been able to bring the fun of Build-A-Bear home with their fantastic Stuffing Station. They even went as far as getting rulers and weighing scales out so that they could give exact measurements. They both have their bears on the pillows of their bed and love knowing they have a special heart inside and that they made the bears themselves! I managed to convince the gremlin to not open the box and wait until the weekend and I knew we would be able to get some pictures of her. I think it's a fab product but my only reservation is the fact that you can only make 2 bears with the kit.
