About this deal

Anejo is aged in small French oak barrels for over 12 months, with a small proportion of it aged in American oak for 3 years. We'll send them to be recycled and you'll save paper, carbon emissions and time at the recycling centre!

I'm not going to go into any detail here (see Tequila Lover review) suffice to say if you love tequila then this one's worth a shot. Definitely recommend if you want to bring something a bit more premium to a party, all my friends loved it.The combination of these maturation processes creates a complex, oaky number that is as great on its own as it is in a mixed drink. Tequila celebrates this date: the moment when tequila first broke with conventions and did something differently to get the liquid to a smoother, more characterful place. Named after the year in which 1800 Tequila first started barrel-ageing tequila, this 100% weber blue agave tequila has been aged in French Oak barrels for a minimum of 14 months. Medium wooden notes typical of Porto wood, with cooked agave notes remaining throughout the entire stay in the mouth. Please always read the labels, warnings, and directions provided with the product before using or consuming a product. The result is a rich, luxurious Tequila with notes of toasted oak and nutty toffee followed by a long peppery spice finish. Great to sip on ice or without, use in a cocktail or to make your forget that you did something wrong.
